Hi Everybody, I hope you are all well and that you had a wonderful 4th of July celebration. I can’t believe I have already been in my new home just over a month now. Time sure has flown by. I thought I would make you a list of all my June favourites – things that I am planning on enjoying all through July.
Last month brought loads of new routines out for me. One of them being, starting my day off with a nap on top of my Mum. We have been working quite hard on our blog, so I figure I need to help her relax. What better way to relax than by having a 28kg bulldog resting on top of her?
RUNNING (WELL FAST WALKING) THROUGH COW FIELDS
We live in the gorgeous English countryside so we literally have fields and open spaces on our doorstep. I love exploring with my Mum and we go searching for cows most days. What’s not to love about cows? Firstly they smell amazing (and they leave treats for you everywhere, which must be high fat because Mum gets very sensitive when I try to eat them) and they are so cute to look at. Whenever we get close (ish) to them, the little foals all stand up and look at me. I can see they are scared, so I keep my distance.
Is there anything better in this world than Kongs? I have three Kongs and I can’t decide which one is my favourite. My Dad and I came up with this super fun game, which we have called Ping Kong. Watch the video below to see how it’s played.
Oh sweet everything that is good and pure in this world – is there anything better than Peamutt Butter? This one really should be at the top of my June favourites list. My Mum is in charge of all things diet related. Last week, my Dad asked my Mum if he could give me some Peamutt Butter. Mum was really distracted and it was like all my Christmases had come at once! Whereas Mum gives me a sliver of Peamutt Butter on my Kong, my Dad really smeared it on thick. I really hope this happens a lot in the future… maybe Dad should be in charge of my diet? (remind me to talk to him about that).
MY NEW FAMILY
This had to make my June favourites list. I moved in with my pawrents just over a month ago. It feels like the three of us have always been together. We are so lucky because there is so much love in our household. My Mum is awesome cause she feeds me, cleans me and takes me on adventures. I am with her the majority of the time because she works from home. My Dad is just the best person I have ever met. He is so kind and patient with me. I am so glad I got to celebrate Fathers Day with him. If you haven’t seen my Fathers Day video, make sure to watch it here….
Thanks to everyone who joined me on my June adventures. I have been overwhelmed by all the support. Who knew there was so much love in the world for a rescued deaf English Bulldog. Thanks for reading and if you haven’t already, please be sure to subscribe to this blog so you don’t miss out on any of the July adventures.
Love and slobbery kisses,
